Ayk wanted to back out before we recorded his podcast. He speaks in public and is comfortable around cameras, but sitting down for a full podcast still felt new and intimidating.

The idea came after he attended one of my events where I reviewed people's content. I encouraged him to try the format, and we helped him through the whole process.

We prepared the interview, booked the studio, recorded the conversation with me as the host, and edited the episode. We also cut ten short clips and handled packaging and publishing.

What does our full podcast production include?

We start before the cameras are on. We talk with the speaker, prepare the questions and episode structure, and agree on the plan together.

Then we book the podcast studio and organize the recording. I host the conversation, so the expert has someone to talk to and answer questions from.

After filming, we edit the episode and cut ten short clips. We also package the content and publish it across the agreed platforms.

The speaker brings their expertise. We organize the work that turns it into a finished episode and short-form content.

How do we prepare the speaker?

We interview the speaker before the recording. That gives us material for the questions and a structure for the conversation.

We prepare the script and talking points, then agree on them with the speaker. They know what we plan to discuss before arriving at the studio.

For Ayk, that preparation was part of getting comfortable with a new format. His feedback mentions the team chat, the questions, the script, and how relaxed the communication felt.

“I really wanted to back out because it was scary and new. I speak in public and I’m not particularly afraid of cameras, but recording a podcast felt different.”

Ayk Tepanyan, car-import specialist. Translated from Russian.

Ayk's concern was familiar: being able to speak in public did not make every new video format feel easy. Having a plan and people to guide him helped him go through with it.

I was available throughout the process. The preparation and coordination were part of our work, alongside what happened on the recording day.

Who hosts the podcast?

I do. I sit down with the expert, ask the questions, and help them explain the subject through a conversation.

The script gives us a direction. The speaker can then focus on answering, explaining, and sharing their experience with me.

That is the format we used with Ayk, whose business is car imports. The episode covers questions about bringing cars from abroad and the market around that service.

We recorded it offline in a podcast studio. Here is the finished episode, published on 14 Apr 2026. The original conversation is in Russian.

This was the second video on a channel with almost no publishing history. We were working with a very early-stage channel, rather than adding an episode to an established video library.

What happened after the studio recording?

We edited the full podcast episode and cut ten short clips from the conversation. Those clips gave the expert more content from the recording he had already completed.

He did not need to record ten separate short videos. We worked with the material from the longer conversation and packaged it for publication.

We also handled the channel and content packaging. The episode needed its own presentation, and the clips needed to work as separate pieces of content.

Full podcast episodeEdit and package the conversation for publication.
Ten short clipsCut moments from the episode and prepare them for short-form publishing.
ChannelSet up and package the channel, including creating one from scratch when needed.
DistributionPublish the finished content across the agreed platforms.

We publish the clips across platforms as part of the production work. Our account manager article explains how we organize publishing inside the content department.

What if the speaker does not have a channel?

That happens often. We create the channel from scratch and fully set it up, then handle the channel packaging and the presentation of the content.

The expert does not need an established YouTube channel before we can make a podcast together. We can include that setup in the work around the episode.

For Ayk, the important context is how early the channel was. The podcast was its second video. I am not presenting it as a result built on years of regular YouTube publishing.

What results did Ayk's podcast get?

The episode got 1,196 views, 229 watch hours, and thirteen new subscribers since publication. Here is the YouTube Studio report.

The chart shows a strong initial rise followed by continued viewing over time. These are the results of this offline episode on a channel with very little prior content.

I like the watch-time figure here. People spent 229 hours with the conversation, hearing Ayk explain his work and the subject he knows.

That gives us a concrete viewing result. I do not have a confirmed sales total for this episode, so I am not turning those views into a claim about customers or revenue.

How did Ayk describe working with us?

His feedback focused on the experience of getting the podcast made. He had been nervous about trying something new, and he appreciated having the team guide the process.

“Evgeny stayed in touch throughout the whole process. He created a chat and brought in smart, competent people. They prepared the script and talking points, and it all felt relaxed. I’m 100% happy.”

Ayk Tepanyan. Translated excerpts from his feedback.

That is the part I want another expert to understand. You do not have to arrive already knowing how to prepare an episode, host yourself, or organize the production.

We work through the preparation with you. Then I host the conversation, and my team handles the episode, clips, packaging, and publishing afterward.

Ayk also said he expected the result to be good. That was his expectation at the time of the feedback. The viewing results above are what we can show separately today.

Can we do the same production remotely?

Yes. We can prepare the speaker, agree on the questions and script, record the interview remotely, and handle the editing, ten clips, packaging, and publishing afterward.

I can host the conversation remotely too. The expert does not need to travel to the same city or meet me in a podcast studio.

The recording setup changes, but we still guide the process. We work through how the speaker will record before the session, then turn the conversation into the episode and clips.

Ayk's analytics belong to his offline episode. They are an example of that project, not a promise about what a studio or remote podcast will get.

Have we used this format in other fields?

Yes. Our podcast work also includes a conversation about custom furniture. This example was published on 3 Aug 2026 and is in Russian.

Psychology: Irina Menshenina

We also produced this expert conversation. Published 28 Mar 2026. The original recording is in Russian.

The subject changes with the expert. The production work still needs preparation, a guided conversation, editing, packaging, and a plan for the finished content.
