Terms of Service
Short version. We run your business YouTube channel done-for-you. You show up to film, we do the rest. Your proposal sets the scope and price. You own the final videos. Your channel stays yours. If you're not happy in the first 7 days, you get your money back. We don't promise views or sales, because nobody honestly can.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Evgeny Maximov LTD (company no. 14916249, registered in England and Wales, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ), called "we" or "us", to business clients, called "you".
Our services are for businesses and professionals, not consumers. Each project has a written proposal, order or invoice (the "Proposal") that sets out the package, scope, price and dates. If the Proposal and these terms say different things, the Proposal wins.
2. What we do
We act as your done-for-you video department. Depending on your package, this can include strategy, content planning, scriptwriting, filming (remote or on location), editing, thumbnails and packaging, SEO, publishing across platforms and monthly reporting. The exact volume of videos and platforms is in your Proposal.
3. What we need from you
- Your time: a strategy call, reviewing scripts, the filming session and reviewing final cuts, as planned together.
- Timely feedback and approvals, so we can keep the schedule.
- Manager access to your channels and any materials we need (brand assets, facts, examples).
- Accurate information. You are responsible for the facts, claims and advice you give on camera, especially in regulated fields like health, finance or law.
If filming or approvals are delayed on your side, delivery dates move accordingly.
4. Fees and payment
- Fees, payment periods and any onboarding fee are set out in your Proposal and are paid in advance.
- Third-party costs, such as studio rent, a local camera crew or equipment, are not included unless the Proposal says so. We always agree them with you before spending anything.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's paid.
- Prices exclude VAT or other taxes where these apply.
5. 7-day money back guarantee
We want you to be sure. In the first 7 days after your first payment you get direct access to our team and see how we work and the strategy we build for you.
- If you're not satisfied, email ev@evgenymaximov.com within those 7 days.
- We refund your first payment in full within 14 days, to the original payment method.
- The guarantee applies once per client, to the first paid period.
- Third-party costs you paid directly to others (for example a studio or equipment) are not covered.
6. Results
We work hard to grow your channel and bring you clients, and we track leads and booked calls, not just views. But results on YouTube depend on many things outside our control: platform algorithms, your market, your offer, how often you film. We don't guarantee specific numbers of views, subscribers, leads or sales, unless your Proposal says otherwise in writing.
7. Revisions and quality
Our quality control team checks every video before you see it. Your package includes a set number of review rounds for creative changes, listed in your Proposal. Extra rounds or new ideas after approval can be added as extra work, which we agree first.
8. Who owns what
- You own the final deliverables (published videos, shorts, thumbnails, scripts written for you) once they are paid for.
- We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, frameworks and know-how.
- Your channels and accounts always stay yours. We work only through manager access that you grant and can remove at any time. We never ask for your password.
- We may mention you as a client or show results in our case studies only with your consent. You can say no or withdraw it later.
- Music, stock footage and fonts are used under licences suitable for your channels.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, numbers and unpublished content confidential and share it only with team members and providers who need it for your project. We expect the same from you about our internal materials and pricing.
10. Duration and ending the work
- The service runs for the period in your Proposal and renews for the next period unless either side decides to stop.
- To stop, tell us in writing before the next period starts, within the notice period in your Proposal.
- Either side can end the agreement straight away if the other seriously breaks these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days of being told.
- When the work ends, we hand over the final files for work you've paid for and remove our access to your channels.
11. Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or platform decisions (for example, account restrictions caused by content you asked us to publish). Our total liability under any Proposal is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first, and we'll do our best to sort it out.
