Privacy Policy
Short version. We collect only what we need to talk to you and deliver our service. We don't sell your data. We never ask for your YouTube password. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time: ev@evgenymaximov.com.
1. Who we are
Evgeny Maximov LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company no. 14916249. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: ev@evgenymaximov.com.
2. What data we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, company, website or social links, and the answers you give in the booking form. The booking form is run by Calendly.
- When you talk to us: the content of emails and messages (email, Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and notes from our calls.
- When you become a client: billing details, contract details, content you give us (footage, scripts, ideas, brand materials) and your channel analytics, which we see through manager access in YouTube Studio and other platforms.
- When you visit this website: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. Our website itself does not set cookies. See section 7.
We do not collect special category data (health, religion and similar) and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with people and services that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Our team and contractors (producers, editors, designers) who work on your project.
- Service providers: scheduling (Calendly), email and cloud storage, project management, video and file transfer tools, payment and accounting providers.
- Platforms where we publish your content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), only as part of delivering the service to you.
- Professional advisers and authorities when the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Our team works remotely and some of our providers are outside the UK. When your data is transferred outside the UK, we use safeguards recognised by UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or we transfer to countries with a UK adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and calls that don't lead to a contract: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client contracts, invoices and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the contract, as UK law requires.
- Project files (footage, drafts): for the duration of the contract and a reasonable period after it, so you can request files. After that we delete them unless we agree otherwise.
7. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Some content is loaded from third parties, which may receive your IP address:
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) for the video on the homepage, loaded only when you press play.
- Calendly, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, but only when you click a link that opens them. Their own privacy policies apply there.
To understand how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal data. If we add other analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
8. How we protect your data
We limit access to people who need it, use accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and work with reputable providers. For your channels we only use manager access granted inside the platform. We never ask for your login or password.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data (access);
- correct it (rectification) or delete it (erasure);
- limit or stop how we use it (restriction, objection);
- send it to you or another company in a common format (portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell our clients directly.
