# Evgeny Maximov at BIZBIZ: Filming and a Video Workshop

Evgeny Maximov · Published November 2, 2026

At BIZBIZ, I took part in several roles. My team recorded speaker sessions across two halls. I ran a video content workshop and joined Red Barn for a short podcast built around a question picked from a deck of cards.

The business forum took place on October 29–30, 2026, at Hampton by Hilton Krasnodar, Russia. My agency supported the event as a technical and media partner.

The program covered strategy, marketing, sales, personal branding, and AI. You can find the program on the [official BIZBIZ website](https://bizbiz.space/forum_krasnodar), which also lists our agency among the industry partners.

## Behind the cameras: recording two halls

Our job was to record all speaker sessions across both halls. The work preserved the substance of the forum: the talks, explanations, and examples experts shared on stage.

A recording has a use beyond the event itself. Someone can return to an explanation, revisit a specific point, or get to know a speaker’s approach even if they missed the session.

This connects with our work in business content: helping people put their expertise into video. A speaker presents to the room, and a recording makes those explanations available to share with others.

## A workshop on creating and packaging video content

Around 10 people attended my workshop. I covered video content, YouTube, [AI-assisted editing](https://evgenymaximov.com/blog/ai-video-editing/), and video packaging. Two of the frameworks I discussed were the BUCK test and SPCL.

For a business, these topics connect. You need to choose a subject, record the video, edit it, and explain why someone should watch. The title and thumbnail have a job alongside the video itself.

### The BUCK test for titles and thumbnails

The BUCK test checks four parts of video packaging: Benefit, Urgency, Curiosity, and Kin. What does the viewer gain? Why watch now? What makes them curious? And does the packaging tell the intended audience that this video is for them?

In my approach, the [title and thumbnail work together](https://evgenymaximov.com/blog/youtube-thumbnail-tips/). The title communicates a benefit and creates curiosity. The thumbnail helps show why the topic matters now and who the video is for.

### SPCL and trust in an expert

Alex Hormozi’s [SPCL framework](https://evgenymaximov.com/blog/spcl-framework-personal-brand/) stands for Status, Power, Credibility, and Likeness.

It offers a way to look at what content communicates about an expert. Is there a reason to trust their advice? Does it help someone understand a problem? Can the viewer recognize their own situation in the examples?

## Red Barn: a business question from a deck of cards

At the forum, I also joined the team from [Red Barn](https://redbarn.ru) for a podcast recording of about 10 minutes.

The format centered on a provocative business question. It was picked at random from a deck of cards and became the starting point for the conversation. Choosing the topic was part of the recording format itself.

## Discuss video content for your business

Over two days at BIZBIZ, we worked with several formats: speaker recordings, a workshop, and a short podcast. Each has a different use: preserving a talk, explaining tools, or showing how an expert thinks about business.

If you’re a founder, consultant, or expert considering video content, [book a call with me](https://calendly.com/ev-evgenymaximov/30min). We’ll discuss your goals and a suitable format for your business.
