4 Simple Tools to Create an Endless Content Machine

How to create a lot of content without spending days on it?
In this article I will show you 4 simple tools that you can implement to boost your socials!
I’m Evgeny Maximov, full-time content creator and YouTube producer. Every single month my team publish 15+ long-form and 100+ short-form videos for clients in different niches. So these methods work 🚀
1. Collect References
Always collect references. Collect ideas from others’ creators you follow.
Don’t purely steal them, adapt.
Simple “copy-paste” doesn’t work.
The best part that you can adapt ideas from any niche, from any piece of content you liked.
No matter, this is an iPhone ad, funny Instagram Reel, cool product shot of metal bottle.
Having a place of inspiration will boost your creativity and productivity.
2. Reuse Your Own Content
Use your own content that you produced and post it again! 99% that your new audience didn’t watch a video that was posted 3 years ago.
That’s totally fine to repeat the same topic, but show a different angle, a new perspective.
And this old content is a great assets you can reuse when launching a completely new social platform!
You can also take old, but still valuable posts and reuse them.
For example, transform a blog post into a bunch of Instagram Reels. YouTube video into email newsletter. This approach saves time and energy.
Focus on distribution and repurposing if you want to grow on several platforms simultaneously.
Side note: Before launching English socials, I had social channels in Russian. And I simply translated scripts of my old videos and record them again. Why do I need to spend extra time when content is ready?
This worked great because there are different audiences — English and Russian — who don’t intersect.
3. Record Content in Batches
Regular content creation in batches is essential. The keyword here is batches.
Consistency is crucial, and sometimes it’s much easier to dedicate a full day to shoot all needed videos that will be posted during next month. Sometimes it’s better to spend 1 hour every single day. But you have to block this time in your calendar.
Especially when you have other business things to do, you’re busy CEO – it’s soooo easy to throw away content creation because “it’s not so valuable for my business”.
(Typical thought inside my clients’ heads 🙃)
When you close a full day for content creation, you create a lot of tasks for future you / your team. Because without a footage, your production pipeline will be stopped.
This approach streamlines the process, making it less about inspiration and more about consistency.
Integrate these routine tasks into your daily life. For example, I write ideas for my scripts or posts while walking around a city. After it I spend hour researching about the topic, checking the competitors and expanding it.
But to make it work, we need to use right tools.
4. Use Effective Tools
Finding the right tool is crucial. I tried various methods, but the only system that worked long-term is the Kanban board.
This method helps track content across different channels and platforms like Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube. I highly recommend to use Notion.
It offers infinite possibilities for organizing and processing information. Plus it’s free and you can invite other teammates to create even more content.
In Notion, your database consists of pages, which can be used for different types of content like YouTube scripts, Instagram Reels, or social media posts. You can view these pages in various formats such as lists or Kanban boards, providing a clear visual representation of your content’s progress.

All in one place.
Great app for content management.
You can download my (free) template that I use to grow socials for a new client.
Conclusion
With these tools, you can easily generate an infinite amount of content. It’s time to boost your content creation game!
